In this piece I wanted to create an image of rustic leaves dancing in the breeze. Painted on a neutral biscuit tone base I have used rich brown, cadmium orange, burnt sienna and gold embellishments to draw the eye to the subtle details of each leaf. A deep edge canvas presented in an oak effect floating frame.

Painted on a deep edge canvas. I have used all the glorious rich autumnal colours in this piece framed with deep forest greens to create a series of leaves blending as if a chalice. Rich gold creates focal points in the composition. Bordered and edged with gold leaf for a touch of luxury.
