We want you to be absolutely overjoyed by every purchase with Tracy Laudat Acrylic Artist, but if you’re not happy for any reason, we offer a comprehensive returns policy.

The first step is to send an email to tracy@tracylaudatacrylicart.co.uk. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your goods to advise us that you’d like to return your items. Once you’ve been in touch you have another 14 days from that date until we must receive the goods back. The goods must be returned in the condition they were sent to you. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. You will be refunded the cost of the goods excluding the postage fee paid at the time of your order.

Refund will be processed on receipt of returned item.
